Steps to a successful Home Sell

1. Accurate CMA

CMA stands for competitive market analysis and will give you an accurate picture of your home's true value compared to the current market.

2. Agent Consultation

Meet with your agent to get your plan of attack together with pricing strategies, marketing, property picrures and expectations of the selling process.

3. Showings

Your agent will show your home with open houses, group or one-on-one showings. Other agents will also be able to show your home to their clients as well, all on your schedule.

4. Negotiations

A buyer's agent will submit offers for you to look at. Your agent will negotiate on your behalf and upon acceptance you will enter the closing process.

5. Closing Process

Your agent will help you every step of the way with the property appraisal, inspections, repairs, escrow and funding.

6. Move Out

You will close and sign final papers at the title company in most cases. While packing your home for the move your agent will be a great resource of trusted providers to make your move as easy as possible.
