Brandon Tyler was born and raised right here in Lubbock, Texas and received his Texas real estate license before his 19th birthday. During his first years as a residential agent for Lubbock’s top producing company, Coldwell Banker, he broke rookie production records in addition to receiving multiple local and national production awards.
After a few years at Coldwell, Brandon created Progressive Properties which allowed him to lead the development and design on several hundred student housing units in Fort Worth. This accomplishment resulted in his leadership for the student housing push within the TCU market. He has also partnered with multiple hotels, restaurants, and commercial shopping center projects from Lubbock to Austin and all the way Rosemary Beach, Florida.
After noticing Lubbock’s need for a different type of real estate company, Brandon shifted his focus to the expansion of Progressive Properties, as well as the commitment to give Lubbock residents a better real estate service. The continued growth of Progressive Properties is due to the support of each client and their willingness to spread the word of their great experience. Progressive Properties is now a top producing brokerage in Lubbock with agents dedicated to each and every client they serve.
Brandon currently sits on several boards such as, board of directors for the Better Business Bureau, board for the Community Development Corporation in Wolfforth, and was also voted onto the city council as a Councilman for the city of Wolfforth in 2017. Brandon has been the top producing Endorsed Local Provider for the Dave Ramsey program, ranked in the top five agents nationally, and the number one agent in Lubbock. He was voted 100 most influential real estate’s agents in the state of Texas for 2016. He has been invited to teach and coach his strategies and programs for success to real estate agents and company owners all over the nation.
Real estate is Brandon’s true passion, apart from being a fulltime dad to his son Bretton, and there is nothing he would rather be doing. He has helped clients through hundreds of transactions, and has rehabbed hundreds of properties both residential, multifamily and commercial. He has designed and executed multiple developments across the state and has plans to continue to grow in all aspects of his real estate business.
